Who we are

SaunaFlooring.com is an informational site about sauna flooring options, installation, and care. It is owned by the same person as HireHelpers.com. This privacy policy explains how your information is managed when you use SaunaFlooring.com. The site’s purpose is to offer guidance and connect users seeking quotes to qualified service providers. SaunaFlooring.com is not a contractor or installer, and you do not need to create an account or log in to access any content.

What we collect

You can browse all articles and guides on SaunaFlooring.com without giving any personal information. No registration or sign-up is required. The site does not collect your name, email, or other identifying details unless you use the quote form. Simply viewing pages does not result in personal data collection. There are no hidden trackers or registration pop-ups.

The quote form and HireHelpers.com

If you request quotes for sauna or flooring work, you may use the quote form on the /get-quotes page or home page. The form asks for your ZIP code, project type, preferred timeframe, name, and email. Phone number and project description are optional. You must check a consent box before submitting. When you submit, your details, consent wording, consent time, and IP address are securely sent to HireHelpers.com using encrypted communication. This allows you to review and post your request directly on HireHelpers.com, where providers can respond. SaunaFlooring.com does not store your submission.

If direct hand-off to HireHelpers.com fails, you are redirected there with only your ZIP code, project type, and timeframe. Any further details or follow-ups are handled under HireHelpers.com’s privacy policy. SaunaFlooring.com has no control or retention of your information after you leave.

Spam protection

To prevent spam and automated submissions, the quote form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to distinguish real users from bots. The form also includes a hidden field to catch simple automated scripts. These measures help ensure only genuine requests reach HireHelpers.com. No extra personal data is collected for spam protection beyond what is needed to verify your submission.

Cookies and analytics

SaunaFlooring.com does not set its own cookies or use tracking pixels. If analytics are enabled (using Google Analytics 4), they are used only to count visits and track clicks on quote links. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for these purposes. You can block or delete these cookies with your browser’s settings. SaunaFlooring.com does not display ads, participate in ad networks, or sell personal information. Analytics are only used to understand general site usage and improve the visitor experience.

Server logs

The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. When you access SaunaFlooring.com, Cloudflare processes technical data like your IP address, browser type, requested page, and visit time. These logs help deliver the site reliably, optimize performance, and protect against abuse. Logs are kept briefly, mainly for troubleshooting technical issues. No personal or project information is stored in these logs.

Links to other sites

SaunaFlooring.com may link to other sites, especially HireHelpers.com, for quotes or more information. When you leave SaunaFlooring.com, the other site’s privacy policy applies. SaunaFlooring.com is not responsible for how other sites manage your information. Check their posted policy before sharing personal details.

Children

SaunaFlooring.com is for adults planning, building, or renovating saunas. The site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the quote form or submit information.
